White Peaches with Moscato-infused Crème Fraîche

1 cup Farmhouse Organic Crème Fraîche
Your favorite moscato
Honey for drizzling
Using a mandoline, thinly slice 1/2 of a white peach. Make sure the peach isn’t fully ripe so it will slice easier. Once sliced, gently fold twice.
Whisk 2 tablespoons of chilled moscato with 1 cup of crème fraîche and spoon into bowl. Place the folded peach slices on top. Drizzle with honey and serve. Also delicious with moscato poured around the crème fraîche for more of a bubbly texture!
