Lasagne Soup with White Cheddar
3 cups shredded Organic Raw Milk White Cheddar
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 package lasagna noodles
4 cups chicken broth
3 cups water
1-24 oz. marinara sauce
1-14.5 oz. can diced tomato
3 finely chopped cloves garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped basil
Heat a sauce pan on medium heat and add olive oil. Brown hamburger and set aside.
Break lasagna noodles into thirds. Boil lasagna noodles until firm. Set aside.
In a separate pot, simmer marinara, diced tomato, cooked hamburger, chicken broth, water, garlic, rosemary, basil, and black pepper for 15 minutes. Toss in noodles and generous amounts of white cheddar.
