Gina Marie Candied Pecan Bites
1 package 8oz Gina Marie Cream Cheese
2 cups pecan halves
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Bring one package of 8oz Gina Marie Cream Cheese to room temperature.
In a large skillet on medium/high heat, toss 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of pecan halves, and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon together. Mix until sugar slightly melts and sticks to pecans.
Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool; about 10 minutes.
Spread about a teaspoon worth of cream cheese on the flat side of pecan and sandwich with other half for the perfect candied bite.
