All of the milk we receive are from small family dairies and we are lucky to have farmers that are committed to preserving pasture-based farming and see the benefits of this old style of dairy management. Sierra Nevada Cheese was one of the first creameries to pay a premium for rBST-free milk. Sourcing the highest quality milk for our products continues to be a priority.
